The best thing about this hotel is the stunning view from the terrace - it's simply breathtaking. The apartment itself is well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities like an oven, boiler, coffee machine, and even a laundry machine. The staff, especially Lukas, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Guests can enjoy an ocean and Los Gigantes view from the balcony. the manager, Mr Lucas, is helpful and kind, providing lots of information about the attractions nearby.

The pool area needs some improvement. It would be great to have a few umbrellas for some shade during the long sunny days.

The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The Italian restaurant downstairs, Mama Lucia, served delicious food. The location was ideal, with easy access to shops and parking. The pool area was quiet and well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Puerto de Santiago.
